At the centre of "Green Musketeers" is the ecological club "Atgaja", which was established in Kaunas during the period of independence by Saulius Gricius. With its radical and creative protests against the totalitarian regime, "Atgaja" made a significant contribution to the growing movement to regain independence, and its leader, Saulius Gricius, left an indelible imprint on the history of modern Lithuania.

Companions of the late Saulius Gricius share their memories of the leader of the movement, the protests,  the ecological and peace marches. Recalling the past, they float down the rivers past the places where the most important events in the history of "Atgaja" took place.
